Returns

Athena Direct realizes that returns are sometimes necessary, such as in the case of a course change. All returns must be authorized by Athena Direct. To receive return authorization, please contact Athena Direct by e-mail at customerservice@athenadirect.com. Please send your return by a shipping method that allows tracking, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Please enclose a copy of the packing list with your return so that we may locate and credit your original order.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Books sold as new must be in new condition (no marks, highlighting, bent bindings, or dog-eared corners) to receive a new book refund (new book price minus restocking fee). For books returned in used condition, you will receive used book refund (used book price minus restocking fee).
